  • Not programmed

    By Ljc824700
Not programmed and random. The exercises are all the same despite the different “work outs.” Not intense enough. Eludes to be programmed for you (fat burn vs. fitness) but it’s all the same.
  • Love the app, bad for bugs

    By x-yoga-x
Love this app and think it’s great for at home workouts but the app has a lot of bugs, main one that causes me the most trouble is not being able to access my work out schedule so can never access workouts of the day for programs.
  • Convenient and Creative!

    By costelloca
This has been a great travel companion to take along with me and continue my practice. I love the variety and am amazed every time at how much I get out of it from a short amount of time given. It makes things like this easy to stay consistent and it’s even better when I start to see results and my flexibility improve!
  • Keeps me going every day

    By DedeYates
Love the fitness focused yoga. Her tone and pace are perfect for me, and I can do it anywhere! The availability of many practices with different focuses and length of time is also a plus - no more excuses for lack of time when you can do a 6 minute focused practice!
  • App is buggy

    By Matthias1949834
I love this app, but it seems like every other time I open the app the program button that tells you each day you’re supposed to workout and logs it for you is missing. So I’ve already completed 2 weeks of a current program but can’t move forward with the new workout for the day because I can’t access it. So frustrating!
  • Free

    By Tanikca
In the preview it says it’s free so why is there a subscription. If you don’t subscribe than you can’t use the app right?
  • Constant Glitches AND have to subscribe blindly??

    By Julia2303
I like the workouts, but in 2 weeks using it I have experienced way too many glitches when I open it in the morning to do my routine and it will not display my program (has 3 buttons on the bottom instead of the 4). Restarting my phone helped a few times, but not today. I restarted it twice and nothing is fixed, so I can’t even do anything! And when I click on the program that I was doing for two weeks- it asks me “start the program?” I tried that before (before I knew to restart my phone) and it erased all the progress! “Great”! And I paid for the whole year and I am disappointed in already 2 weeks!! And they don’t even give a free trial to check it out first- have to buy subscription blindly! I still end up using free yoga apps more than this one and satisfied more! WASTE OF MONEY!!!!
  • How is this free?

    By renugar
I wanted to try a few workouts to see if I liked it, despite claiming it’s a free app, there were no free workouts. Every screen took me straight to a payment choice. I now assume they mean “free to download.” Um, ok, thanks for that /s. The developers should include some trial videos, I don’t want to sign up for a membership if I’m not going to like it. Deleting this app.
  • Too many glitches

    By Nurseetcha
I’ve been using Asana Rebel on and off for 2 years now. In the beginning it was great and I was loving it and the work outs. Within time it got worse. I’ve had multiple issues to where I can’t access my workouts which is just frustrating. I’ve suggested maybe to beginners yoga intermediate yoga and advanced yoga. This is mainly for beginners!! You would think if you pay for a year subscription you wouldn’t run into issues almost everyday. If you have spare time in between set when it freezes, or unable to do your workout then go for it. I’m moving on past this.
  • Keeps me accountable

    By Shaggē
The app is good overall. The workouts are somewhat varied, and the programs keep me accountable. The app, itself, however has glitches. For example, often my 8-week program in progress won’t show when I open that app, so progress/tracking is lost/missing and I have to shut down the app several times to get it to reappear. Also, I have paid for a year, but it often prompts me to pay which is irritating. I would also like to see the history of my completed programs, and lastly, there seem to be time zone issues where it seems to think that a day is over on the calendar before it is in my time zone (PST). The app is good, but could be better with some fine tuning. Thanks.
