    I have used this app almost semi-religiously the last year, and to great effect and gains. Fantastic for logging PRs, saving routines, learning new routines, or switching out exercises depending on particular equipment available at your gym. There are still a few small glitches left in the app, but I have seen these fixed with each update. Fantastic fitness app. I cannot praise it enough!

    Great app, videos and workouts are perfect, no other app lets you customize the workout to your needs/equipment as much as this does. Only 4/5 because of the hefty $49.99 a year charge. To some people it might not be much but to a college kid it is a hefty chunk of change

    Not everyone needs a personal trainer. Something you just need help staying on track at the gym or when you’re working out. This is the app for you. No games. No stopping to have BS conversation with a trainer. This app will help you with a personalized workout plan. Get right to your workout once you answer a few questions.

    Been using app for months and randomly got stuck on an "updating achievements screen" did everything I could to fix it. Eventually had to delete the app which cause me to lose everything. Now I'm starting over which pisses me off. Other than that the app is great and I recommend it

    Edited May 21: Very disappointed. Thinking about cancelling my membership. Several repeated exercises in a single workout, inaccurate description on common workouts and absolutely no concept of warm up... Really wanted this app to workout ------ previous comment ------- Generally ok.. I enjoy that I don't need to think about what I'm going to workout today. I've sent the feedback to the team as well.. here are some items 1) The exercises are labeled wrong- sometimes 2) The explanation of movements lacks details and safety information that one can obtain easily by searching online 3) I would like this app to have a level of AIb integrated into it to learn from user's preferences, etc a simple example would be for it to learn that each time I say no to a given exercise, so stop giving it to me every day.. 4) there needs to be a place for users to add their own exercises 5) seldom I get the same exercise ( different name) in the same session, but it does happen I can go on.... But.. It's a nice unique app, spend some time and technology to make it better :-)

    Every time it crashes I lose my current workout data and all history and all saved workouts. More frustrating than helpful.
