    On the surface, it seems like you can tweak workouts to how you want them, but the more you do, the more the app struggles to keep up. Not worth the money, more beneficial to just find some workouts you enjoy and stick to them

    Love this app. I have always found the gym incredibly overwhelming and this app gives me the direction i need. It keeps me motivated with the timers and I never get bored with the variety of exercises.

    Accidentally paid for the year subscription was trying to do trail. I’ve tried contacting Apple to see about a refund can’t get a response. Waste of my money

    I have been using the app for a couple weeks now and it never fails to provide a satisfying workout every morning when I go to the gym. The rotation of muscle groups is a bit funky but not in a bad way, and it's easy enough to switch it if I want to focus on something different. The weight tracking is very helpful and it's guesstimating of how much I can lift has also been great. My only complaint so far is that sometimes, when I open the app it just holds at the panel showing muscle tiredness. the app must be loading or something but it is unresponsive, which is frustrating as a user because I assume the app has crashed. Maybe if the app needs to load when opened a loading bar would be better than an unresponsive screen.

    The iPhone function of this is flawless, truly one of the best exercise apps I’ve seen. It has catapulted me from being the proud owner of a gym membership I stare at to actually using. Great workouts, usually get them done in 45 minutes and on my way. Some support and functionality that could improve. On the watch, not so great. I have a lot of crashes and bugs it seems like. Love that I don’t have to remove my phone from my shorts or even have it on me, I just wish you could edit exercises from the watch and change workouts. Either way, this is an amazing advancement and I love this. I am actually going to the gym 5 days a week now and loving it!
