I love this app, I use this for my workouts everyday. It even reminds you to workout and what muscles have recovered. Anybody that’s serious about getting and staying in shape try this app out
  • Incredible customer support

Worth the money! You get 3 workouts for free, then it’s $50-ish dollars for a year. If you take fitness seriously, this is more than worth it. I am an army vet, very experienced fitness enthusiast, and I have so many saved workout programs I could last multiple years doing them all. I wanted to try something new after years of doing my own thing. This app is great. Ability to change workout styles, gym equipment, durations, goals, tracking, test timers... it has it all. I had problems with my account after deleting Facebook, and I sent an email to the support. Alisa emailed me back within a day. We exchanged about 8 emails over a couple days and she solved all my problems. I was amazed by the way my issue was actually resolved.
  • App freezes constantly when trying to start a workout

iPhone XS.. please fix. Also make accessory muscles an option to show up for regular workouts and not have to include manually
  • Bug made app unuseable

Update: I was contacted about this issue but I have decided to cancel my account. My bigger issue with the app was the lack of freedom to design and customize upcoming workouts. As I have gotten better at weight lifting and more familiar with the equipment I wanted an app that was not so heavily structured. Thanks for getting back in touch with me though. It’s a good app if you have never used weights before; not as good if you have more experience and want to look ahead at your future plans. I enjoyed this app for a time because it had a good mix of free weights, machine and bodyweight exercises for gym goers and it was easy to log reps and sets. But I was away for 3 weeks and when I tried to log in again to start my next workout, it froze on the workout, making me delete the app and re-download it, then it lost all my data and froze itself on the free trial mode. I contacted support by email but I never heard back and I decided it wasn’t worth paying 8 dollars a month to track my workouts if I ran into this software glitch again. I usually don’t write reviews but this made me cranky enough to write one.
  • Great app, until you have to pay

This app is great for tracking workouts and I love that I’m able to pick and chose exercises. However, I dislike that once your trial is up you have to pay to use the app. The only feature I want is the ability to pick and chose exercises for workouts. I wish there was a one time fee to unlock only certain basic features since I would rather not pay $50 a year.
  • Wish it had more instructed cardio & stretch workouts

    By ChwLiu
Overall I like this app a lot!! Love how it shows the muscle groups each workout is targeted at, and recommend second day’s workout based on recovery muscle groups. This is AMAZING!! The only suggestion I will make is I wish it provides more instructed cardio exercises( H.I.I.T or Tabata) and stretches.
  • 1 week in

Absolutely amazing App. You simply tell it what you are looking to do and what equipment you have available and it fills in the rest. It has kicked me out of my rut and keeps me excited to get to the gym and put in the work.
  • Great but needs more functionality

    By jchavez790
I really enjoy using this app and it has helped me improve in the month or two I’ve been using it however I would love to see it be paid able with MyFitnessPal or other meal/calorie tracking apps or even if you just add in a food tracker as well. This functionality would be great for those who are tracking macros and exercise in different apps
  • Current Issue

This app is amazing until now. Every time I try and open it, it closes. I feel like this happened after the new update.
  • Perfect app for progress and suggestions

    By nhfd825
It has everything I could ask for in a workout app — saving my progress, suggesting what reps and weight to move up to, randomizes your routines, and multiple fitness goals to tailor to. Great investment
