    Totally obsessed and life changing! I don’t ever want to go to a gym again! I LOVE the workouts and Autumn! She talks you through it all and explains the exercises, what they do for you, and is insightful in regards to how the workouts are working! I feel educated and motivated! On my second round of 80 Day and am hooked!

    It’s so easy to use anywhere! I am able to use it on any device I have. I can download workouts for when I know I will be away from the internet. And I love that just about every kind of workout there is is available to me!

    This is my second year having BOD. It’s completely worth it with all the workouts you have access to. The app is easy to use and well organized. I gave it 4 stars because it does have some issues with glitches. I have logged into the app multiple times and had a white screen or the video wouldn’t play. It’s much better than when I first started using it so overall I’ll take it.

    This is my 2nd round of 80 DO & although I have tried and loved multiple BB workouts, this one is epic!! Absolutely amazing and so far my favorite! The realists I have seen with it have not jut met my expectations, it exceeded them beyond my what I thought was possible for me! I am 49 & by far in the best shape of my life!! (And I have been active & fit most of my life). I look at myself in the mirror or in the pics & cant believe it’s me...it’s like someone pasted my face on an elite athlete’s body! But that’s just the bonus...the BEST part is the way I FEEL! Amazing!! Thank you B.B. & Autumn Calabrese for changing my world! When you do this program, go all in...workouts (leave it all out in the floor) AND nutrition!! It makes a huge difference! People pass in the nutrition & ‘just eat healthy’...and say ‘sure I would get a little better results if I followed the nutrition plan, but I Good results already’. NO!! With the nutrition plan you will get not just ‘a little better results’ you will get ASTOUNDINGLY better results!! So go for it! Nutrition is a game changer!

    I love the option on workouts to skip forward 30 seconds. That way I can get ahead of Autumn’s rambling and shave 5-10 minutes off of 80 day obsession. 😂 sorry Autumn - love your workouts! I also love how all the program information is available, especially for 21 day fix&extreme. For each workout I can easily see beforehand what materials I’ll need. I can watch the workouts on my phone or cast it to my tv screen, giving me options of when and where I workout. This flexibility is important to me as a busy mom of a toddler and a baby. One nuisance is scrolling through all the 80 day obsession workouts to get to my day. I wish there was a button for each phase so I can click the appropriate one and mitigate scrolling through scores of workouts I’m not even close to. At 3 weeks postpartum I started 21 day fix and moved into 21 day fix extreme. I’m now on phase two of 80 day obsession and wow - I can feel and see such a difference. Watching my progress brings so much satisfaction, and I still have so much to look forward to. Thank you team beach body for providing exercise options that work - period!

    Your app is trash. Between the constant logging me out and forgetting that I downloaded a video to do offline, I have missed workouts simply due to how terrible it is. It’s ridiculous given that I’m paying monthly for it that the app should be such utter garbage
