  • I enjoy the content but would like more features in the app

    I love the RoosterTeeth family and all of the content but I’d really like to see some updates to bring better functionality to the app. Like when watching a video it would be nice for the time of day and my battery percentage to be displayed by tapping on the screen like some other video services. I personally also like the ability to skip ahead by 10 or fifteen seconds like on YouTube or while using safari.
  • NEEDS Updates!

    I've had this app for well over two years, and in that time it was alright, who wouldn't want a quick and easy way to access all of their favourite RoosterTeeth stuff? But the last update is already a year old, and there are some major problems on it. Many times videos don't appear or have incorrect time-lines. For instance when a ScrewAttack Podcast was 36 Hours long. Another pain is that we can't even see (let alone make) comments on videos, it's a miracle we have a description. Next is the fact First Member content doesn't even come out when it should, it releases a day AFTER the Website releases it. Quick little side-note here: Why are the Creatures still even on the app? They've finally added Sugar Pine 7 and JT Music, which is nice, but the Creatures still loom there like a grim reminder of the broken channel. Lastly, the First Member Subscription service. What. The. Hell. I was a member for a full six months, even considering splurging on Double Gold, but alas my time ran out and I drew back on renewing it because times fell a little tough. Anyway, I come back to renew it here on my phone rather than the website (why would I when I only use the app?) to find out that whenever I try to subscribe. Two things pop-up: "Your purchase was successful" and "Subscription error: Your iTunes account is associated with another user". I don't see how that is possible considering I only have one iTunes account. It is quite aggravating, until RoosterTeeth can start updating again, I'd stay away from this one.
  • Error when logging in with Facebook

    I used to use the app a lot, but now every time I try to log in with Facebook it says there’s an error and to try again later. This has been going on for 5 months.
  • Glitchy app that never seems to recognize poor network condition

    The website keeps getting updates (but still causes my surface book to overheat somehow) and mobile users are stuck with this data guzzling, Twitter glitching nightmare.
  • App No Longer Allows Me To Login

    Every time I open the app, it asks for my login information, I put it in exactly how I do on the website, and it won’t log me in. It doesn’t say the information is incorrect, it just doesn’t seem to be able to process that I am logging in, so I can’t even access the first member features that I pay for.
  • Could Use Some Updates

    I think it’s a wonderful app, but a weak imitation of their site. It still needs work, but pretty good after all. I suggest maybe adding a quality control option? Like, I would love to watch in HD but the video ALWAYS defaults to a blurry mess I can barely make out. If there’s a way I can automatically set it to at least 720p that would be extremely lovely! And the video player’s tad bit difficult to ‘grasp’. Especially if you don’t have thin fingers. Like, if I missed something and I want to back like 15 seconds...the slider will go back a minute without any indication. It’s not really user friendly.

    I haven’t had too many problems with the app but the main problem I have is that every time I go to check out in the store, it’s just a blank screen. I’ve restarted the app, reinstalled it, and even signed out and back into my account but it doesn’t seem to work. It’s been this way for a while and would be nice if it worked so I didn’t have to go home on my laptop every time
  • Feels like an “early-access” version of their app

    I’ve had this app for over a year now if I’m remembering correctly, I think there has been ONE update in that time. On occasion I’ll get a glitch where it says my subscription is attached to a different Apple ID which is impossible since I only have one. If you contact RT support their only fix is for you to delete and re-download the app. You cannot comment on videos or view/post journals, which is a shame for a VIDEO platform. I’ve been getting this issue where videos won’t show up in the feed and I have to go hunt down my weekly videos. The app also doesn’t save your progress on a video if you stop watching which is a pain, the buffering is also a pain since there is no circle or button to help drag the video along. This is a huge shame since I only watch RT content on this app and will probably be the reason I end my subscription since YouTube’s app is so far above and better then this poor excuse from an otherwise great company. I hope they stop ignoring this app.

  • Can’t Even Sign In!!!!

    The app asks me to log in as soon as I start it up and every time it doesn’t work. So I go to the profile tab and try again, still doesn’t work!
